Making a Reservation
If you book your room at the regular hotel website or by phone, make sure you use the group code SMC to get the SCC group rate for your stay.

Hotel reservations require a non-refundable one night room and tax deposit. Your credit card will be charged upon completion of reservation for the single night deposit. You can change the arrival and check out dates through the hotel if you need to, but, the deposit for the one night will not be refunded.
This new policy has been implemented in order to prevent last minute cancellations that prevented other attendees from booking rooms at the hotel in the SCC allotted room block.
